  • 1. Where are we located?

    1100 County Line Road off 48th & Roe. Click here for a map.

  • 2. What are the lease terms?

    We offer both 6 and 12-month leases.

  • 3. What is the pet policy?

    Dogs and cats are permitted under 25 lbs. with a $200 deposit, $100 of which is refundable.

  • 4. How do I apply?

    You will need to complete an application and sign the Rental criteria form. A $30.00 processing fee will be required to begin processing the application.

  • 5. How long will it take to process?

    Once you have paid your application fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48 to 72 hours.

  • 6. What are the office hours?

    M-F: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM
    Sat: 10:00 AM - 04:00 PM
    Sun: 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM

  • 7. When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month, but not considered late until 9am on the 6th.

  • 8. Do we have washer and dryer hookups?

    Yes, we have washers & dryers located in the basement of each building.

  • 9. Do you have garages?

    No, we but do have covered carports

  • 10. Do you offer student discounts?

    Yes, 10%

  • 11. How far is KU Medical Center?

  • 12. What are your specials?

    ALL 2 bedrooms, any size rent for $599 on a 12 month lease with $99 deposit, or free 1st month rent on any size apartment with 12 month lease
